• The Annual Christmas Luncheon was held on December 7 at the Faculty Club. Members gathered to meet old friends, to socialize, to enjoy a great meal together, to sing some Christmas songs and to rock to the country & western rhythms of our very own Concordia Buckaroos. • New Newsletter
  The November issue of the Newsletter (vol 20, no 3) is now available online.

• Fall/Spring Social Events
  Except for the Christmas luncheon mentioned above, CUPARUC's fall social events calendar has come to a close. The event planned for Noveber 27 has been cancelled. You may read Geoff's reports on this fall's successful events on the Events Page.
  A plan for the Winter and Spring is being put together and will be annnounced here when ready. Here is a taste of what's to come: "We're hoping to see a good crowd at the Centaur next semester (Wednesday, 21 March, matimee) for The Game of Love and Chance, an English version of Marivaux's witty comedy Le Jeu de l'Ámour et du Hasard." - Geoff Adams

• Fall Meeting
  The Fall Meeting of CUPA/ARUC was be held on Friday, November 4, in room H-763, starting at 10:00. Our guest speaker was Quincy Armorer, Artistic Director of the Black Theatre Workshop.
  The minutes of this meeting will not be posted until they are officially approved at the Spring Annual Meeting. Here are pictures from the event.

• Spring General Meeting: April 28, 2010
  The Spring General Meeting was held on Thursday, April 28 in HB-130 on the Loyola campus. The minutes of this meeting have now been approved and can be posted. For other information about this meeting, including notes from the speaker, Doug Lightfoot, consult the CUPA News link at the left.

• The Newsletter and Annual Minutes pages have been expanded to include a nearly complete set of these documents, going back to the very first issue and meeting. (Our many thanks to the Concordia University Archives for their assistance in this. There remain a few gaps, so please help us if you have any of the missing material.
